Job Title: Property Acquisition Executive / Manager Location: Thane, Maharashtra (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹4,20,000 - ₹4,80,000 per year Supplemental Pay: Commission Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Role & Responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in property acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end property acquisition across PAN India. Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable properties across India Leverage relationships with brokers, landlords, and developers to source high-potential sites Negotiate lease agreements, rentals, and partnership deals with property owners Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and high-demand locations Prepare financial models and business cases to assess feasibility of property acquisition Collaborate with operations, legal, and finance teams for smooth onboarding Perform legal, regulatory, and financial due diligence on all properties Ensure alignment of acquisition strategy with business expansion goals Manage all property-related documentation and compliance processes Provide regular updates and insights to senior management Required Skills Strong network with builders and brokers Excellent negotiation and communication skills In-depth understanding of real estate, property norms, and UDCPR guidelines Eligibility Criteria Education: Bachelor's degree (Required) Experience: Minimum 2 years in Property Acquisition (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Willingness to Travel: 75% (Required) Relocation: Should be able to reliably commute or willing to relocate to Thane, Maharashtra before joining Interested candidates can connect with: 📞 Dhara - 8169400638
