PROPERTY ACQUISITION - PUNE LOCATION

Seeking a Property Acquisition Manager to identify and secure prime locations in high-income neighborhoods. The role involves scouting properties, building relationships with landlords and brokers, and negotiating favorable lease terms. Candidates should be fluent in the local languages, understand city demographics, and have strong real estate/leasing experience. Existing industry connections and knowledge of legal/compliance norms are highly preferred. Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives offered.

Skills:

Proficiency in the local languages - Marathi

Strong verbal/written communication in English.

Deep understanding of city geography, demographics, and commercial leasing norms.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close win–win deals.

Existing network of contacts in the real estate and brokerage community is highly desirable.

Ability to interpret basic legal and compliance requirements for commercial properties.

Willingness to travel extensively within South India
