As a Property Acquisition Executive/Manager, you will play a crucial role in acquiring suitable properties across India. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying, evaluating, and acquiring suitable properties across India - Leveraging relationships with brokers, landlords, and developers to source high-potential sites - Negotiating lease agreements, rentals, and partnership deals with property owners - Conducting thorough market research to identify trends and high-demand locations - Preparing financial models and business cases to assess the feasibility of property acquisition - Collaborating with operations, legal, and finance teams for smooth onboarding - Performing legal, regulatory, and financial due diligence on all properties - Ensuring alignment of acquisition strategy with business expansion goals - Managing all property-related documentation and compliance processes - Providing regular updates and insights to senior management Required Skills: - Strong network with builders and brokers - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - In-depth understanding of real estate, property norms, and UDCPR guidelines Eligibility Criteria: - Education: Bachelor's degree (Required) - Experience: Minimum 2 years in Property Acquisition (Required) - Language: English (Preferred) - Willingness to Travel: 75% (Required) - Relocation: Should be able to reliably commute or willing to relocate to Thane, Maharashtra before joining If you are interested in this position, please reach out to Dhara at 8169400638.,
