Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Attract potential customers by answering queries and suggesting relevant services

✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently

✅ Manage waitlist information and maintain accurate customer records

✅ Regular follow-up with the operations team to update lead status

✅ Recommend services to management based on customer feedback

✅ Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing data

✅ Coordinate communication between clients and the Internal Team

✅ Ensure accurate and timely data entry and verification

Skills Required:

🔹 Excellent communication & convincing skills

🔹 Lead generation and customer handling

🔹 Problem-solving and attention to detail

🔹 Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

🔹 BPO experience is a plus!
