Roles and responsibility:

● Verify all the leads given by the marketing team on an everyday basis

● Assign the verified leads to the business managers

● Ensure the assigned leads are followed up by the business managers for sale closures

● Get a regular update from the business managers on the leads assigned to achieve a monthly sale target of 2Cr by business managers

● Ensure to keep the lead sheet up to date on an everyday basis and submit a report to the reporting manager daily

● Knowing all the details of the service offerings to clarify the client queries

● Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details of the leads

● ⁠Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization

● Stay updated with market trends to better serve clients

● ⁠Identify client needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services

● ⁠Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects

●⁠Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings with business managers and designers

● ⁠Addressing each client with the utmost respect, regardless of their tone or answer from other side

● ⁠Keep record of every client interaction and sales activity

● ⁠Understanding clients’ requirements by asking questions and qualifying them

● ⁠Keep increasing the qualification % by readdressing every unanswered lead

● ⁠Keeping the client database maintained and updated

● ⁠Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances

● ⁠Facilitating companies’ sales goal by going the extra mile

● ⁠Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information
