Job Overview:

The Medical Administrator will play a central role in ensuring seamless coordination and execution of healthcare services at our Ella Village Center. This role requires close interaction with patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to maintain quality, compliance, and care continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily patient rounds, counsel residents, and resolve medical care-related concerns.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Manage and supervise the nursing team, ensuring adherence to protocols and performance standards.
• Coordinate hospitalization and emergency care when needed.
• Liaise with families and senior management to communicate patient progress and medical updates.
• Maintain and update patient medical records systematically.
• Respond promptly to queries from patients, doctors, and internal staff.
• Plan and manage duty rosters and schedules for the medical and caregiving team.
• Monitor and record medical and office supply stocks; ensure timely procurement.
• Keep accurate records of expenses and operational costs.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the on-ground care team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: BAMS / BHMS (mandatory)
• Experience: Prior work experience in a hospital, elder care home, or palliative care setting is essential.
