Property Acquisition

As a Property Acquisition Specialist, your role involves leveraging your minimum 3 years of experience in property acquisition to identify, evaluate, and acquire properties across Pan India. You will utilize your existing relationships with brokers, landlords, and developers to source high-potential properties. Your responsibilities will also include negotiating lease agreements, rental terms, and partnership deals with property owners, conducting market research to identify high-demand locations and trends, and developing financial models to assess the feasibility of potential properties. Key Responsibilities: - Network with builders and brokers to expand property acquisition opportunities. - Utilize your negotiation skills to secure favorable lease agreements and partnership deals. - Understand and ensure compliance with property and UDCPR norms. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in property acquisition. - Proficiency in English language. - Willingness to travel up to 75% for property acquisition purposes.
