Job Description

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
6-8 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years focusing on
Proofpoint Email Security solutions.
Strong understanding of email security protocols, including safe l
isting, block listing, domain on/off boarding, URL/attachment defense and phishing analysis.
Good experience with email
MTAs, SPAM
filters, and products similar to Postfix or Sendmail
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Working experience and understanding of the
email protocols like SMTP, SPF, DKIM and DMARC
Proven ability to create clear and concise documentation, including SOPs.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g.,
CISSP, CISM,
or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Willing to work in rotational shifts and 24*7 support.
