Job Description

Supervise the Security Operation Centre of bank, Ensuring adequate resources, training, and performance.
Incident Responder Act as Incident responder.
Lead and oversee the response to security incidents.
Investigating suspicious activities and extracting critical information from compromised systems.
Understanding various threat actors, their motives, and attack methodologies, Utilizing specialized tools for proactive threat detection and analysis.
Implement SIEM Solution in coordination with MSSP.
Ensure log integration of all bank IT assets and applications
Honeypot maintenance and alert analysis followed by remediation
Maintaining compliance to relevant security standards, regulations.
Ensure alerts and advisories from regulation are comprehensively reviewed, and tracked for compliance
Drive cyber mock drills.
Facilitate and Conduct tabletop exercises with multiple attack scenarios
Participate in Red Team exercise to improve the security posture
Conduct and participate in monthly review meetings with SOC vendor, brand monitoring vendor, Compliance etc.
Evaluate and deploy new security solutions, review existing security solutions for effectiveness
Providing regular updates to senior management on the SOC's operations and effectiveness.
