Prompt Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Gen AI – Prompt Engineer to act as a strategic link between business, data, and product teams. This role leverages AI to transform Denave’s sales processes by delivering actionable insights that improve customer understanding, accelerate sales pipelines, and drive measurable business results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize Gen AI to generate deep account intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis that support sales strategies.

• Develop and implement AI-driven frameworks for account planning, opportunity mapping, and sales acceleration.

• Equip sales teams with AI-powered insights to increase revenue and improve sales effectiveness. • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams and translate complex sales and business challenges into practical AI use cases and integrate these insights into go-to-market strategies and client engagements.

• Train and mentor internal teams on utilizing AI solutions effectively in sales workflows.

• Measure and report on improvements in account knowledge, lead conversion rates, and overall sales productivity driven by AI initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI tools, LLMs, Agentic AI.

• Strong skills in writing effective prompts for tools like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Claude, Google Gemini, or similar using different prompt techniques.

• Hands-on experience in building or improving products powered by Generative AI.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable AI use

• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presence.

• Must have problem solving skills.
