Job Description

Role: Prompt Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, India

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4+ years of professional experience as a Prompt Engineer or in applied
LLM/NLP solutions.
Expertise in prompt design, testing, and optimization across different
models.
Experience with Kore.ai conversational AI platform (added advantage).
Proficiency in scripting (Python/JavaScript) for automation and evaluation
tasks.
Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines is desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in enterprise domains.
Exposure to IVR/voice bot design and multilingual prompt strategies.
Educational background in Computer Science, AI/ML, Linguistics, or related fields
