Job Description

Responsibilities:-


- Support Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and execution.

- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across teams.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and records.

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.

- Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and expense monitoring.

-Identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks and escalate to management.

-Ensure effective communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.

-Help maintain compliance with project processes, quality standards, and company policies.


Skill :-


-Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role

-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.

-Team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
