Job Title: Project Coordinator and Communications Executive

Job Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1-3 years

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the implementation of EPR and CSR projects. This includes managing and monitoring projects, preparing reports, and implementing plans to ensure the successful execution of projects. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing communication materials, following up on leads, and facilitating events and activities as required by the project.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Overseeing and coordinating the implementation of EPR and CSR projects

▪ Managing and monitoring projects, preparing reports, and implementing plans for successful execution

▪ Designing and developing resource capacity building and communication materials

▪ Conducting/facilitating training programs, workshops, and awareness sessions

▪ Developing strategies to onboard and nurture existing customers, build new partnerships

▪ Conducting site visits and feedback reports, and participating in team events and activities

▪ Leading projects to manage the team and stakeholders to meet EPR/CSR project deliverables.

▪ Support execution of social media campaigns & other digital marketing strategies

▪ Building a network of volunteers and maintaining a relationship with them

Desired Profile

▪ Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in environmental sciences, mass media or any equivalent

▪ Experience of project operations in the Environment / Sustainability sector

▪ Experience in event coordination and social media management is an add on

▪ Good interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills

▪ Language skills: English & Hindi are a must. Proficiency in Marathi will be a bonus

▪ Energetic, highly organized, collaborative, strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving ability

▪ Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines and several diverse work streams

▪ Positive, resourceful and a strong team player

▪ Strong understanding of Microsoft office tools is a must
