Pen Picture of Candidate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to assist in managing project activities, ensuring efficient execution and on-time delivery of project milestones.


Job Profile

  • Location: Bhopal, Jaipur, Calangute-Goa, Lucknow
  • Qualification: B.Tech, BBA, BCA, M.Tech, MBA, MCA
  • Min. Experience (in Yrs): 1


Role & Responsibility

  • Act as the point of contact between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress, discuss any issues or concerns, and provide updates on project status.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery according to project plans and client requirements.
  • Documenting and formalizing change requests (CR) and obtaining approval for CRs.
  • Ensure Customer Expectations are aligned with the development strategy. Ensure gap elimination between requirement understanding and development.
  • Ensure UAT sign off from the customer.
  • Ensure effective client issue management process is followed right from identification to closure so that there is minimum impact in the project.
  • Facilitate UAT meetings with the customer.
  • Monitor Project Deliverables and Payment schedules.
  • Monitor and track UAT progress, defects, and issues.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences, pain points, and market gaps.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide training and support to end-users after implementation.
  • Strong understanding of the project domain with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to the client.
  • Support project managers and developers in ensuring requirements are met.
