Project Coordinator

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Projects / Execution

Reporting To: Project Manager


Job Summary:


The Site / Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of interior projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating with design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Site Coordination & Supervision

• Act as the single point of contact at the site for all project-related activities.

• Coordinate daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow between design, production,

and execution teams.

• Supervise installation teams to ensure quality and accuracy as per design drawings.

• Verify and monitor work progress against project timelines.


2. Project Planning & Tracking

• Assist in preparing project schedules and work plans in coordination with the Project Manager.

• Track project milestones, material dispatches, and site readiness.

• Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and photographs.


3. Vendor & Labour Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and supervisors for timely execution.

• Ensure manpower availability and proper allocation of resources at the site.

• Verify work completion before processing vendor or contractor bills.


4. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure that all works are executed as per company standards, drawings, and specifications.

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to safety norms.


5. Client Communication & Updates

• Interact professionally with clients and provide regular site updates.

• Address client queries or concerns in coordination with the design and project teams.

• Assist in project handover and documentation upon completion.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in interior project coordination or site management.

• Strong knowledge of modular furniture installation, carpentry, electrical, and civil work.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills. • I am proficient in reading and understanding architectural drawings.

• Ability to manage multiple sites and meet project deadlines.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Project trackers, Google Sheets).
