Project Supervisor

As a Mechanical Engineer (BE) specializing in HVAC systems, you will play a crucial role in project management and team leadership. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing project schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. - Assisting in managing project budgets to keep costs within the allocated limits. - Ensuring that projects are completed within the defined scope and effectively managing any changes that may arise. - Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could affect project timelines or budgets. In terms of team leadership and supervision, you will be expected to: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and other tradespeople. - Provide training and guidance to team members to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge. - Evaluate the performance of team members, offer feedback, and provide coaching as needed. - Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for offering technical guidance and support to the team to ensure that projects meet the required standards.
