Role and Responsibilities: Project Supervisor

The Project Supervisor is pivotal in ensuring the efficient execution of projects and supporting key operational functions at Shivam Video Pvt. Ltd. This role demands strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities, along with the professionalism to manage diverse responsibilities discreetly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership and Coordination:

o Comprehensive Project Tracking: Maintain a detailed overview of all current, upcoming, and ongoing projects using the designated IO sheet or other project management tools.

o Proactive Project Monitoring: Diligently track project timelines and progress, promptly identify potential delays or issues, and escalate them to relevant stakeholders and the Managing Director.

o Effective Client Communication: Manage timely and clear communication with clients regarding project status, updates, and any potential concerns, ensuring high client satisfaction.

o Project Documentation Management: Oversee the accurate preparation, processing, and timely distribution of all essential project documentation, including Final Bills, Inventory Updates, E-way Bills, and Challans.

2. Performance Management Support:

o Performance Management Execution: Drive the implementation and execution of the site's performance management system across all departments, ensuring adherence to established timelines and procedures.

o Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather performance data, prepare insightful reports, and analyze trends to provide valuable information to the Managing Director and department heads.

3. Inventory and Asset Management Support:

o Inventory Tracking Oversight: Supervise inventory management processes to guarantee accurate and current records of all site equipment and materials.

o R&D Damage Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of any damages or losses related to Research & Development activities, following company policy. Also, identify a dedicated on-site resource for R&D work.

4. Business Development Support:

o Independent Client Meetings: Conduct business meetings independently or accompany senior/junior personnel, representing Shivam Video professionally and effectively.

o Business Development Initiatives: Undertake business development tasks as needed, including market research, lead generation, and initial client engagement.

5. Team Management and Development:

o Training Needs Identification: Regularly engage with the team at the Shivam Video site to identify their training requirements.

o Hygiene and Policy Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to basic hygiene protocols for employee and inventory safety, as well as related policies such as wearing Shivam Video T-shirts and gloves during events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
