Job Description: Project Supervisor

Project Execution & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for solar project installation and commissioning.
• Supervise technicians, contractors, and labor teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Ensure all work complies with project drawings, designs, and technical specifications.

Quality & Safety

• Maintain strict quality control throughout installation in line with industry standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for all on-site personnel.
• Conduct routine inspections and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.

Material Management & Coordination

• Coordinate with the Procurement & Logistics Manager to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Manage material issuance and maintain accurate stock records at the site.
• Provide daily updates on work progress, site challenges, and manpower details to the Project Manager.

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, mounting structures, and cabling.
• Proficiency in site reporting, MS Office, and basic project documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
