Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Project Site Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in civil construction. The role involves overseeing on-site execution, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring quality standards, and supporting project planning and progress. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage day-to-day construction activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Monitor and manage daily site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
• Planning & Scheduling: Support project planning and scheduling to meet milestones and budget targets.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety norms, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines on site.
• Material & Resource Management: Track material usage, inventory, and coordinate procurement to prevent delays.
• Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, work progress reports, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Technical Review: Interpret construction drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs and BOQs.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical or site-related issues efficiently to avoid disruption.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in site engineering or civil project execution
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech)
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and quality standards
• Ability to read and execute architectural and structural drawings
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; project management tools is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines, safety, and quality
