Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in infrastructure, industrial, and commercial steel projects.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with investors, consultants, contractors, and industrial park authorities
  • Sales Execution:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close large-scale sales deals
    • Ensure timely debt recovery and compliance with contract terms
  • Project Coordination:

    • Collaborate with internal departments (design, finance, legal, operations) to ensure seamless project execution
    • Resolve issues during bidding, pricing, and execution phases.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
    • Develop and maintain project documentation including process flows, action items, and test cases
