Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in infrastructure, industrial, and commercial steel projects.
Establish and maintain relationships with investors, consultants, contractors, and industrial park authorities

Sales Execution:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close large-scale sales deals
Ensure timely debt recovery and compliance with contract terms

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with internal departments (design, finance, legal, operations) to ensure seamless project execution
Resolve issues during bidding, pricing, and execution phases.

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Develop and maintain project documentation including process flows, action items, and test cases
