• Lead sales negotiations and order management, achieving growth and profitability targets
  Oversee sales administration and processes to ensure transparency and efficiency

What Were Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in project sales & management (building materials, construction, or access solutions preferred)
• Strong ability to manage and influence key stakeholders
• Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel frequently for client engagement and site meetings
