To build and grow Spartek Group’s institutional and project sales by developing strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, EPCs, infrastructure companies, and government agencies, and by actively converting specifications and project opportunities into sustained business.
This role is meant for a hunter–builder, not an order processor.
Work closely with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure:
Protect pricing, margins, payment terms, and commercial discipline.
Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in project / institutional sales within:
Must have proven relationships with builders, architects, PMCs, EPCs, or government departments, and a strong track record of:
Opportunity to build and scale a strong institutional and project business.
High autonomy with clear accountability.
Strong product portfolio with management support.
Performance-driven growth and career progression.
