Spartek Group is looking for a highly experienced Senior CFO Advisor to support our rapidly growing multi-business operations. This position is ideal for retired CFOs, former Group / VP Finance leaders, and independent finance consultants seeking a flexible, assignment-based or part-time consulting opportunity at a strategic level.

Role OverviewThe Senior CFO Advisor will guide financial governance, strengthen internal systems, and support growth initiatives across multiple business units. The role requires a seasoned finance leader with hands-on experience in restructuring, capital strategy, and building strong finance teams.

We Are Seeking Experience In:

• Financial Systems, Controls & ComplianceSetting up or improving internal financial controls
• Strengthening reporting, audit cycles, and compliance frameworks

• Fundraising, Banking & Investor Relations

  Handling banking relationships, negotiation, and debt structuring
• Supporting fundraising initiatives for multi-business growth

• Building High-Performance Finance Teams

  Mentoring and developing Finance & Accounts teams
• Establishing processes for budgeting, MIS, and forecasting

• Multi-Business / Startup Environment

  Experience supporting multi-sector operations or early-stage companies
• Ability to bring structure, discipline, and financial clarity

• Strategic & Turnaround Leadership

  Providing executive-level advisory during turnaround, restructuring, or rapid scale-up phases
• Helping founders professionalize financial operations
