Key Responsibilities

Project & Institutional Sales

large construction and infrastructure projects

Develop and manage strong working relationships with:

  • Builders and developers
  • Architects and design consultants
  • PMC / EPC companies
  • Government bodies and PSUs

specified, approved, and adopted

Pipeline & Opportunity Management

Track opportunities across the full lifecycle:

Specification → Tender → Order → Execution → Repeat Business

Forecast revenues accurately and update the pipeline on a weekly basis.

Technical & Commercial Coordination

technical, operations, and service teams

  • Right product selection
  • Timely approvals, samples, and documentation
  • Smooth site execution and handover

pricing, margins, payment terms, and commercial discipline

Market Development & Visibility

influencers and decision-makers

product presentations, technical workshops, and site demonstrations

7+ years of experience

  • Building materials
  • Construction products
  • Infrastructure solutions
  • Industrial products

builders, architects, PMCs, EPCs, or government departments

  • Getting products specified
  • Converting large-value projects
  • Managing long and complex sales cycles
