Key Responsibilities Areas:

• We have a vacancy for a Project Sales / Lighting Sales, , BDE - Lighting Sales, Electrical Sales in or Lighting Industry or Home Automation with Minimum 2 years or more work experience.
• Should have good experience in Lighting Industry or Home/ Office Automation and should have good relations with the stake holders
• Looking for Automation & Lighting Sales, Project Sales , BDE - Lighting Sales, Electrical Sales in Home Automation or Lighting Industry, Minimum 2 - 7 Yrs of Exp for a Reputed Lighting Company, Andheri East, Mumbai
• Project Sales , Automation & Lighting Sales BDE - Lighting Sales, Electrical Sales in Lighting Industry or Home Automation
• Should have knowledge of Home Automation or Professional Lighting Industry Experience and should have good relations with the stake holders like:
• a) Lighting Designers
• b) Architects
• c) Interior designers
• d) Mall / Hospitality Developers etc
• Should have a BE Electrical or Science Graduation
• Should have Good Networking skills and a good relationship base with Architects / MEP consultants / Interior designers / Lighting designers etc.
• Should have Good Knowledge of the latest trends in LED lighting & automation. Good communication and team working skills, strategic thinking, problem
• solving capabilities. Target orientation , data analytics , adaptability to market demands & dynamics. Good Negotiation / Project closing skills.
• Handling the Sales of Home Automation and Lighting
• Hands on Experience in KNX Platform
• Meeting Architects and Consultants
• Project sales

Responsibilities

• Lighting Sales, Project Sales , BDE - Lighting Sales, Automation & Electrical Sales in Home Automation or Lighting Industry
• To meet annual targets, build & maintain healthy relationship with specifiers, builders, hospitality, healthcare, retail chain, contractors, home automation, lighting consultant etc.
• To plan and oversee new market trends and work closely with marketing team for initiating marketing activities and executing of same.
• To develop project scopes, objectives and involve all relevant internal departments to ensure technical feasibility.
• To research online and on ground to identify new leads and potential market & customers.
• To manage customer requirement & grievances and to report & escalate to management as needed.
