Project Outreach Manager

Role Overview: 

We are looking for a Project Manager – Outreach to lead and manage 

education-centric outreach initiatives across tribal and rural communities in 

Dharampur and surrounding areas. This is an impact-driven leadership role 

designed for professionals passionate about transforming grassroots 

education. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Project Management: Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate multiple 

outreach programs including vocational education, pre-vocational 

training, career guidance, and school infrastructure support. 

● Team Leadership: Manage a multidisciplinary team of educators, field 

staff, and volunteers; foster collaboration and high performance. 

● Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with government bodies, local schools, 

community leaders, and partner organizations to ensure smooth 

execution and scalability of programs. 

● Operational Oversight: Ensure timely delivery of project goals, 

compliance with reporting requirements, and optimal use of resources. 

● Impact Measurement: Establish performance metrics, monitor 

program effectiveness, and generate reports for internal and external 

stakeholders. 

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Social 

Work, or related fields 

● 5+ years of relevant experience in project or program management, 

preferably in the education or social impact sector 

● Strong leadership and team-building capabilities 

● Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management 

skills 

● Ability to work in rural and semi-urban contexts with a hands-on 

approach 

● Passionate about education and committed to social change
