Taking daily reporting of the project engineers to understand day to day problems and resolve them, so as to make sure un-hindered smooth on site working Foreseeing the future road blocks and problems like material shortage and further requirements of labor, so that work is completed on or before time. Taking feedback from clients on daily/ weekly basis to understand the satisfaction level of the client and grievances (if any) or pendencys as and how to completed for final project completion and timely hand over. Preparing monthly measurements of onsite work execution and making sure the monthly billings are done on all the running sites as per the work executed during the month. Getting the measurements certified timely, and submission of the bill through the desired method by client timely is must. Taking full ownership of all the decisions made on site and ensure full client satisfaction and very good working relationship with the clients. Drafting letters/ emails/ documentation as and when required by the requirement of the job. Visiting on all the sites from time to time to understand the actual on-site situations/ problems and for better client relationships. Taking suitable approval of GTPs, Technical Data sheets, designs as and when required. Ensuring client satisfaction so as to ensure smooth payment processing. Ensuring quality at work from sub-contractors. Travelling will be an essential part of the job from site to site and from time to time. Sales specification and skills Good Electrical Knowledge in terms of testing & installation. Good Knowledge of onsite work & execution standards. Good command in using excel Negotiation Meeting project deadlines Motivation for project execution Responsive and supportive with strong time management skills and the ability to respond to multiple requests.
