Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
Develop and implement processes for managing change orders in projects.
Maintain strong relationships, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
Ensure all repair activities comply with local, national, and international maritime regulations and standards.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final project deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

15+ years of experience in project management within a heavy engineering, shipbuilding, or manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
