Skills sets:

Production Planning & Resource Allocation:

• Plan, allocate, and schedule manufacturing equipment and resources to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
• Develop detailed project schedules including resource, tool, and manpower planning to meet project deadlines.

Project Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track progress of allotted projects and ensure alignment with production plan.
• Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks.
• Maintain and circulate daily progress trackers to all stakeholders.

Cross-functional Coordination:

• Liaise with internal teams (design, quality, maintenance, logistics) and external job contractors to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
• Supervise and guide shopfloor workforce, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Timely Project Execution:

• Ensure 100% on-time delivery of assigned fabrication projects.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project-related risks to maintain schedule integrity.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 45001:2018 standards and other applicable quality management systems.
• Utilize quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 5S, and KAIZEN for continuous improvement and root cause analysis.

System & Process Knowledge:

• Operate and maintain documentation using SAP/ERP systems for production tracking, inventory, and resource planning.
• Promote workplace organization and efficiency through 5S implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
