Job Description

Purpose of Role/Job Summary:

Strong understanding of SAP PP module, MRP, Production Orders, Routing, BOM, Work Centers etc.

Familiarity with other SAP modules like FI/CO, SD, and MM for integration purposes
Provide day to day support to end users
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
providing technical and functional support to users of the SAP Production Planning (MM) module.
Configuring the system based on business needs
Identify and diagnose issues related to SAP PP functionalities, MRP, Production Orders, Routing, BOM, Work Centers etc.
Analyze root causes of problems and implement corrective actions.
Configure SAP PP module based on business requirements, including customizing master data (materials, vendors, purchasing info records) and system settings.
Provide first-line support to end-users on SAP MM functionalities.
Conduct training sessions on new features and best practices for efficient use of the SAP MM module.
Create user guides and documentation for reference.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest system enhancements to optimize workflows.
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues
Document functional designs, test cases and results.

Skills :-

3 to 4 years of experience in Manufacturing /IT industry, having exposure SAP system. Supervisory experience of working in SAP manufacturing and related industry. Good knowledge of standards of equipment's and technical expertise, team collaboration and decision-making skills.

Education :-

Diploma or Degree in IT

SAP MM Certificate would be an added advantage
