Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, and references. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases for future hiring needs. Negotiate offers and manage pre-joining engagement to ensure candidate retention. Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and create hiring plans. Maintain recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements during the hiring process. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry. Strong understanding of non-IT hiring and blue-collar/technical recruitment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruitment tools. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
