Workplace Designer

Role Overview: As a Workplace Designer with 8 to 10 years of experience in managing corporate interior projects, your main responsibility will be to design commercial and corporate office interiors ranging from 25,000 sq.ft to 1,00,000 sq.ft and above. This role requires expertise in various areas such as design, planning, material selection, site execution, client interaction, presentation skills, and project monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Designing commercial and corporate office interiors within specified square footage ranges - Expertise in design, planning, material selection, site execution, client interaction, and presentation skills - Monitoring and overseeing projects from concept to completion - Coordinating with MEP consultants and ensuring compliance with all service aspects - Creating mood boards, developing concepts for 3D views, and preparing schematic designs - Familiarity with Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for all works - Experience in site evaluation, base building analysis, and supervision during DD & CD stages - Understanding of basic design principles, NBC codes, and regular onsite presence during site execution Qualification Required: - Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) or Masters of Architecture (M. Arch), B. Des, or M.
