As an External Customer Associate (ECA) in this role, you will be stationed at the local dealer counter, engaging with consumers who visit the store and express their painting requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to cater to the needs of customers by offering Color Consultancy, Color Visualization, Royale Play Design, Stencil, Signature, Ext. Wall Art on the Ezycolour Kiosk / Booklet, especially to those who already have a contractor for their painting project. For customers without a painting contractor, you will introduce them to the Paint Right Service, in addition to Color Consultancy and Color Visualization on the Ezycolour Kiosk. As part of the Paint Right Service, you will conduct a visit to the customer's house on the scheduled date and time. During this visit, you will perform a Site Evaluation and Site Measurement using the Paint Right Evaluation Kit, complete the necessary documentation, and provide Product Consultancy based on the evaluation. Your focus during Product Consultancy will be on upselling Special Effects, Luxury Emulsions, and cross-selling Smart Care, Wood finishes to the customers. Furthermore, you will present profiles of Ezycolour Trained Contractors along with their contact information or offer the Complete Painting Service based on the dealer's capabilities. If customers opt for the Complete Painting Service, you will explain the Rate Card, Terms & Conditions, and direct them to liaise with the dealer for further proceedings. It will also be your responsibility to identify potential painting sites and maintain customer details in the vicinity of your local shop. You will be required to visit the customer's residence for Site Supervision during the Work-In-Progress stage at least once or more as agreed upon with the dealer. Additionally, a final Site Closure visit may be necessary upon project completion based on dealer agreements. Regular reporting is essential in this role, as you will need to fill out the Daily Work Report for each day of the week and submit it to the Team Leader every Saturday without fail.
