We are an early-stage startup seeking individuals who are driven, ambitious, motivated, and eager to evolve alongside the company as we progress. We are currently seeking a Dedicated Platform Support Specialist who will fulfill various roles as an expert designer, project leader, and occasional trainer within the Saltmine platform. This individual must be a proactive self-starter capable of taking ownership of their work while seamlessly collaborating within our team and occasionally with clients" teams. Our Platform Support team directly engages with clients and projects to produce internal deliverables utilizing Saltmine. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with clients alongside a customer success representative - Handle all Design/Test Fitting service requests from demos and active clients, focusing on office/workplace interior design - Develop layouts and Mood boards based on client profiles and guidelines - Conduct test-fits of floor plans using the Saltmine platform - Ensure compliance with program requirements, space budgets, and technical specifications - Deliver design files in the Saltmine app within agreed timelines - Engage in client meetings to gather feedback and address change requests - Adapt quickly to design requirements and guidelines of global organizations for office spaces - Collaborate with the Planning team on Strategy changes and discrepancies - Enhance the creative/design test fit workflow and standardize processes - Provide training and guidance to elevate the team's design skills **Attributes and Characteristics:** - Self-starter with strong teamwork skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Well-organized with the capacity to manage multiple work streams and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact - Proficient in delivering high-quality interior design solutions, including test fits and design ideation - Eager for professional growth and willing to assume additional responsibilities as the company expands **Skills and Experience:** - 6-10 years of experience in workplace/office design - Proficiency in creating space layouts and familiarity with workplace design - Skilled in CAD, Revit, and Sketchup - Basic project management experience - Experience managing content in a client-facing environment Join us at Saltmine as we redefine workspace design and construction with cutting-edge technology and a dedicated team of professionals committed to innovation and excellence.,
