Workplace Designer

As a Dedicated Platform Support Specialist at Saltmine, you will play a vital role as an expert designer, project leader, and occasional trainer in the Saltmine platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Directly working with clients alongside a customer success representative - Handling all Design/Test Fitting service requests from demos and active clients, focusing on office/workplace interior design - Creating layouts and Mood boards based on client profiles and guidelines - Test-fitting floor plans on the Saltmine platform - Ensuring program requirements and space budget are met - Ensuring all technical requirements and compliance are adhered to - Delivering design files in the Saltmine app within the committed timeline - Participating in client meetings to receive feedback and discuss change requests - Quickly understanding design requirements and guidelines of global organizations for office spaces - Collaborating with the Planning team regarding strategy changes and discrepancies - Establishing and improving creative/design test fit workflow and standardizing the process - Providing knowledge and foundation training to enhance designers" skills Attributes and Characteristics: - Self-starter with a team player mentality - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact - Capable of delivering high-quality interior design solutions - Eager for growth and willing to take on additional responsibilities as the organization expands Skills + Experience: - 6-10 years of experience in workplace/office design - Proficiency in creating space layouts and familiarity with workplace design - Experience with CAD, Revit, Sketchup - Basic project management skills - Ownership for content in a client-facing environment Saltmine is a SaaS startup revolutionizing the workspace design-build market with modern technology and deep industry expertise.
