Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Manager at WProjects Management LLP, based in New Delhi, NCR, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of civil projects. Your responsibilities will range from site management to coordination with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, quality, and budget. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate all site activities, including civil, MEP, and related works, to maintain quality, safety, and timely execution. - Plan and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints. - Handle project documentation, client communication, contractor coordination, billing, quantity estimation, BOQs, and work certifications. - Monitor project progress, ensure compliance with quality standards, and collaborate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams for seamless workflow. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Strong knowledge of civil engineering drawings, construction techniques, and project lifecycle. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project billing software. - Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills for effective project management.
