About the Role:

The Senior Project Manager – Architect is responsible for the end-to-end management of architectural projects, overseeing design development, site execution, and cross-disciplinary coordination (civil, MEP, structural, interiors, etc.). This role ensures that all project stages meet quality, budgetary, and scheduling benchmarks.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Directing and managing project delivery team (design, procurement, and site) performance of delegated responsibilities and achieving project goals.

Interfacing directly with clients to define project requirements, prepare the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements and supply chain, cost estimate and budget, project schedule, quality, and HSE control and risk identification.

·      Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of architectural projects from design to handover

·      Coordinate with civil, MEP, structural, and landscape teams to ensure integrated design and execution

·      Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with architectural specifications and design intent

·      Ensure timely approvals from authorities and coordinate with consultants and contractors

·      Review and approve architectural shop drawings, materials, and mock-ups

·      Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site design or construction issues

·      Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and manage risks proactively

·      Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and cost management

·      Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for regular updates and decision-making

·      Lead project meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoMs), and track follow-ups

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) –

    mandatory

  • Master's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or Construction Management –

    preferred

  • Professional registration (e.g., COA, AIA, RIBA) –

    desirable

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in architectural project management, including site execution, coordination with civil/MEP disciplines.
