About the Role:

Computer Engineer / IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all IT systems including hardware, networks, servers, and software
  • Provide daily tech support and troubleshooting for staff and systems
  • Analyze internal processes and propose digital solutions to improve efficiency
  • Assist in the planning and development of

    custom software tools

    for the organization
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and data backups
  • Research and introduce

    new technologies, platforms, or systems

    relevant to our work
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors or freelancers when necessary
  • Set up and manage cloud storage, email systems, and internal communication tools

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in

    Computer Engineering, Information Technology

    , or related field
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems management, and cybersecurity
  • Basic to intermediate experience in

    software/app development

    (e.g., Python, Java, web technologies, databases)
  • Creative mindset with a passion for

    innovation and digital problem-solving

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to work
  • Interest or understanding of how tech can support

    architecture, design, or project-based businesses
