About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in coding to lead multiple software development projects. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between management and the development team — ensuring smooth communication, effective planning, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality outcomes.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical tasks and timelines.
• Review technical documentation, code structure, and project architecture when required.
• Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Manage sprints, conduct daily stand-ups, and track progress through project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
• Communicate project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Continuously optimize workflows and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in software development

   (hands-on coding background is a must).

• 1–2 years of experience in project management

   within the IT/software domain.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile app development cycles, APIs, and deployment processes.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand both business and technical aspects.
