Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Project Manager (US Healthcare) to lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US Healthcare operations, consulting, and business project management, along with a proven record of managing complex, cross-functional projects. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to drive enterprise-level initiatives, ensure seamless execution, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
• Strategically align business vision and goals with projects initiated across various departments.
• Work closely with Program Managers and senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare and present progress updates, issue reports, and budget analyses to relevant steering committees.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee project/program governance frameworks to ensure compliance, control, and transparency.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing, visualizing, and presenting actionable insights.
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence.
• Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate closely with clients for approvals, solution design, and implementation of enterprise-level projects.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 12–18 years of total experience with minimum 4 years in core consultancy and end-to-end project management lifecycle.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
• Strong domain knowledge of US Healthcare and Insurance business operations.
• Experience in consulting/business development combined with project management.
• Prior background as a Healthcare Business Analyst preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-growth environment.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and planning skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities (both verbal and written).
• Proven experience in problem management and resolution.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical mindset — ability to interpret data, generate insights, and communicate actionable information across teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹3,200,000.00 - ₹3,300,000.00 per year
