Project Manager, VP

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Project Manager, VP in the Operations Reference Data Services (ORDS) team at Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, India. As part of the Operations Reference Data Program Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the CBIB Party Data Program and delivering related projects and initiatives. Your role will involve working with cutting-edge technology to transform operations and support the programs" strategic direction. You will collaborate with the program director in coordinating, planning, and controlling projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Capture and refine business and/or system requirements by working closely with stakeholders and the Development Team - Possess a working knowledge of the business and technical domain in reference data - Perform Cost/Benefit Analysis to align technology with business strategy - Gather and catalogue functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests - Specify workflow and system enhancements to meet business and reporting needs - Conduct review, analysis, and support for Front-to-back testing - Perform data analysis, design data architecture requirements, and mapping - Act as the product(s) subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisions Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of a track record in Global Program Management, Change management, experience in supervising and displaying ability to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization, preferably full-spectrum banking groups (retail, corporate, wholesale, investment banking) - Experience in regulatory projects, preferably global/cross product will be beneficial - Relevant experience in Change Management, Data Analysis, and driving large transformation projects - Strong and well-developed relationship/stakeholder management skills - Basic knowledge and awareness of related business solutions in the marketplace - PMP, Scrum Master certification - Good to have - Knowledge of Python, Alteryx - good to have - Line management experience Additional Details: Deutsche Bank's Operations group provides support for all of DB's businesses, facilitating operational transactions and processes to clients globally.
