Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SAP implementation to lead and manage end-to-end ERP projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering SAP projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, along with deep knowledge of SAP modules and implementation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, SAP consultants, and technical teams, to ensure seamless collaboration. - Oversee SAP solution design, configuration, and integration activities to meet business requirements. - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to SAP implementation best practices and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). Mandatory Skills: - Strong expertise in SAP implementation - Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). - Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagemen Preferred Skills: - PMP or Prince2 certification. - Experience in SAP migration or upgrade projects. - Familiarity with integration of SAP with other enterprise systems. - Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SDLC.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

10-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP ERP implementation projects.
