About the Role:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage linguistic projects from initiation to completion
Collaborate with translators, editors, and quality experts to allocate tasks and monitor progress
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external language vendors
Ensure adherence to quality standards and client-specific requirements
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Linguistics, Communication, or Project Management)
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management (experience in language services is a plus)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office Suite and project tracking tools

Nice to Have:

Experience in working with freelance linguists or translation teams
Familiarity with CAT tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ) or language QA processes
