JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Project Manager – Construction (Site Management)
Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Minimum 4 years in construction/site‐management
Gender Requirement: Male candidates only
Salary: (Negotiable / For the right candidate)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage construction projects on site from start to finish.
• Interpret and scrutinize architectural & structural drawings; set up work fronts.
• Coordinate with site staff, consultants, contractors/subcontractors/vendors.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly work targets are set and met.
• Procure materials, negotiate rates with suppliers & manage supplier payments.
• Monitor timeline, budget, quality, safety & compliance with building codes.
• Report project status and constraints to management regularly.
• Resolve site issues (design, logistics, manpower) promptly.
• Manage & supervise site engineers / foremen / labour teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years experience managing construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, safety regulations.
• Good leadership, communication, negotiation skills.
• Ability to read & interpret drawings & work schedules.
• Good in budgeting, cost control & tracking.
• Ability to work under pressure; adapt to site challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
