Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and energetic Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and manage tasks across all departments — including Sales, Social Media, Design, Editing, and Development. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery, and clear communication between teams while helping our fast-growing firm build an unmatchable presence in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, assign, and coordinate tasks between all teams (Sales, Social Media, Editing, Design, Development).
• Lead a young, creative, and energetic team, guiding them with modern ideologies, fresh design perspectives, and high execution standards.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Track progress, remove bottlenecks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time with expected quality.
• Maintain workflow transparency using project management tools or internal systems.
• Conduct regular check-ins with team members to ensure accountability and productivity.
• Review deliverables to ensure they meet brand, design, and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and status updates for management.
• Support team creativity, encourage new ideas, and contribute to improving internal processes.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in project management or team coordination (preferred).
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a young team with modern creative mindset and design-driven thinking.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Understanding of digital marketing operations is a plus.
• Problem-solving attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
