Role Overview:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to drive strategic outcomes
• Break down high-level objectives into actionable tasks and ensure timely execution
• Identify risks and roadblocks early, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when needed
• Build dashboards, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder communications and alignment across multiple time zones
• Ensure strong governance, resource allocation, and adherence to timelines and KPIs
• Conduct post-project retrospectives to extract learnings and improve future execution.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM from XLRI, IIMs, ISB, or top-tier B-School (mandatory)
• 2–6 years of experience in project management, strategy, consulting, or operations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Jira, or similar
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Preferred:

• Exposure to SaaS, AI/Tech startups, or consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications (good to have but not mandatory)
• Previous experience in global project delivery or remote teams.
