Job Description

We are a leading exporter and supplier of organic and inorganic chemicals based in India. With a legacy of excellence, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and seamless service to our clients worldwide.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Project Manager to lead and execute projects across the organization. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, initiate, and manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
  • Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong background in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive accountability.
  • Strong time management with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Vadodara, Gujarat before starting work.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
  • Schedule: Day Shift
  • Supplemental Pay: Yearly Bonus
