Role Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Coordinator to manage and oversee all logistics-related activities. You will play a key role in planning shipments, coordinating with transport partners, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining export documentation in compliance with international regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Role & Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate logistics operations for domestic and international shipments. Ensure timely booking with freight forwarders and shipping lines. Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading. Coordinate with internal departments to align production and dispatch schedules. Track shipments and handle delivery-related issues or delays. Maintain updated shipment records and logistics reports. Liaise with customs agents to ensure compliance with export regulations. Optimize transportation routes and freight costs. Experience: Minimum 5 years of logistics experience, preferably in the chemical export industry.
