We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with shipping and logistics partners.

Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Coordinator to manage and oversee all logistics-related activities. You will play a key role in planning shipments, coordinating with transport partners, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining export documentation in compliance with international regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations for domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure timely booking with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align production and dispatch schedules.
• Track shipments and handle delivery-related issues or delays.
• Maintain updated shipment records and logistics reports.
• Liaise with customs agents to ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Optimize transportation routes and freight costs.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of logistics experience, preferably in the chemical export industry.
