We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate fintech IT banking projects while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering fintech banking projects on time and within scope. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on experience in managing IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage fintech IT banking projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and banking/security requirements.
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Support process improvements and best practices in project management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in IT projects.
• Experience in fintech or banking domain projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates based in Kerala or willing to work from Trivandrum.
• Exposure to client-facing roles in fintech or banking projects.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus (not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
