Job Description

As a Project Manager at Genpact, you will be responsible for managing the production of required deliverables, planning and monitoring projects, and adopting delegation and project assurance roles. Your role will involve preparing and maintaining project, stage, and exception plans as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Professional experience with a successful track record of delivering multiple SAP implementation projects - Leading program planning, budget management, operations transformation, and systems integration - Demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met - Providing leadership to teams for delivering project outputs within defined criteria - Adherence to project management methodology practices and team coaching - Evaluating team performance and knowledge management through lessons learned Qualifications Required: - Graduation in B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA - Experience as an SAP S4HANA Project Manager - Knowledge of S4 HANA 1909, 2021 - Ability to deliver high-quality software through collaboration - Outstanding analytical skills for driving complex solutions - Excellent customer-facing skills for technical briefings and issue resolution Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with a purpose to create a world that works better for people.
